A private, self-hosted dashboard that consolidates multi-institution investment accounts into one view — with mandate-tracking and compliance monitoring built for the way one family actually manages money.
GSFINPORTAL is a personal financial dashboard developed and operated by an individual investor for their own household. It aggregates balances and holdings across accounts held at multiple brokerages and institutions, replacing a patchwork of separate logins and spreadsheets with a single, coherent picture of net worth and allocation.
It is not a commercial product. There is no public sign-up, no other users, and no distribution. The application connects only the accounts belonging to the operator and their immediate household, and exists solely to give that household better visibility into its own finances.
Commercial aggregators show a number. GSFINPORTAL is built around the tracking that off-the-shelf tools don't offer:
GSFINPORTAL serves individual investors managing a multi-account household — the common situation where retirement accounts, taxable brokerage accounts, education savings, and cash reserves are spread across several institutions, each with its own mandate and time horizon.
The operator built it for their own use after finding that commercial dashboards could total the accounts but could not track the disciplined, rule-based structure the household runs them under.
The application is built to observe, never to act. It has no trading capability and requests only the access required to read balances and positions.
GSFINPORTAL is a personal project. For questions about the application or its data practices, reach the operator directly:
